The Mackenzie FX All-Season FHI Head Kit combines the effortless loading power of a compact Skagit-style head with the refined turnover and presentation of a modern shooting head system.

Built around a Float-Hover-Intermediate (FHI) body, this versatile hybrid design allows the head to sink slowly beneath the surface, maintaining a controlled fishing angle while delivering smooth turnover and precise depth control with interchangeable sinking tips.

The compact taper loads quickly and casts with minimal effort, producing tight loops and excellent line control in everything from tight casting situations to larger rivers. Designed to fish effectively throughout the season, the FHI system gives anglers the ability to cover changing water heights, flows and depths with one highly adaptable setup.

Each kit includes five interchangeable 15ft colour-coded tips supplied in a compact storage wallet with a quick-reference identification card for fast and easy tip selection on the water. Every tip also features permanent identification markings and colour-coded sleeves, allowing precise control over presentation depth in all fishing conditions.
