Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a no quibble 28 day return and exchange policy, this means you can return your purchase to us within 28 days and we will process your refund or exchange. 

Once your product arrives we will process the exchange or refund within 2 working business days.

If your product was to arrive damaged or is not the correct product you ordered we will cover the cost of the return shipping. If you simply want to return the product to us for a refund then the customer covers the shipping cost. 

Please note our 28 day return and exchange policy applies to products that have not been used. You can not use the products in the field then try and process a return, all returns are inspected by our team when they arrive.
